We have developed Martial Arts training into a fun fitness program not to earn a Black Belt in these arts but to become well prepared for life. A supportive community environment is the key to success in a fitness program and combined with a wide variety of exercises to keep you learning and engaged, community will provide the best motivation to succeed.

TOTALITY - HOME FITNESS CHALLENGE
On the first day, you start with a 30-second exercise workout. DAY 2: Your workout is only one minute. DAY 3: The workout is one minute and 30 seconds. The toughest part about a fitness plan is the motivation and getting started. "You can do this!" But don't worry the challenge gets much harder.
